3 tbl Soy sauce
1 tbl Dry sherry
1/2 cup Chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
1 slc Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and mix well. It is used in making Oriental Beef Imperial where it is cooked to thicken.
