Instructions: Heat oven to 325 degrees. Use 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix apple slices and cinnamon, put in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth. Pour into plate over the apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.

O BSTREUSEL: b O O 1 c. Bisquick mix 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. firm margarine O Mix until crumbly.
