3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2% fat (small curd)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
2 cup cooked chicken cut up
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
6 oz tomato paste
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 x eggs
2/3 cup reduced fat Bisquick
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inch.

Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.

Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over parmesan cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 sec. or with hand beater 1 min or until smooth.

Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 min.

Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 min. longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.

TO FREEZE: Try freezing it unbaked in the pie plate, then when frozen remove from pie plate and seal in freezer bag. To prepare, put it in the oven frozen, and bake for 1 hour at 350. Or try thawing overnight and bake according to directions.
