Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Layer crab meat, mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese in plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high about 1 1/2 minutes until smooth (or beat 2-3 minutes on high speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally). Pour into plate. Bake about 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cook 5 minutes.
