2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 and 1/2 oz)
1/2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
2 x and 1/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
4 x eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: 1)Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate,10x1and1/2 inches,square baking dish,8x8x2 inches, or 6 10 oz custard cups.

2) Mix 2 cups cheese and the macaroni; spread in plate. Stir remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese until blended. pour over cheese mixture.

3)Bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes. garnish with sliced ripe olives and parsley if desired.

*high altitude* (3500-6500 ft) Cook Macaroni in boiling water 5 minutes

(add 1 tablespoon vegtable oil to prevent boilover) drain thoroughly;cool completely.
