1 lb	Zucchini sliced paper thin
1 cup	Bisquick
1/2 cup	Onion chopped
4 x	Eggs slightly beaten
1/4 cup	Parmesan cheese grated
2 tbl	Parsley chopped
1 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Oregano
1 dsh	Pepper
1/2 tsp	Garlic powder or more

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all together and bake in a greased 9"x13" dish at 350d for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 2inch squares and then diagonally into triangles to serve as an appetizer.
