Instructions: In a medium saute pan heat the oil for the Quorn. Saute the onion for 1-2 minutes to soften. Add the garlic. Pour in the red wine and cook off for 1 minute. Stir in the ketchup, nutmeg and Quorn until browned. Simmer until cooked through. (Check packet instructions.) Meanwhile, place a griddle pan on the heat. In a small bowl coat the onion with the oil. Griddle the onion until softened and well charred. Season the Quorn and fold through the chervil and basil. Serve the Quorn on the griddled onion.
