Instructions: Heat oil in a medium skillet at a level between medium and high flame for 2 minutes. Add onions and stir for about two minutes until they acquire a light brown hue. Add tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Cook for about 15 minutes until all ingredients blend well, stirring occasionally. Use the same heat level throughout the process.
