1 cup Heavy cream
7 oz Best quality bittersweet chocolate
Seasonal fruit, strawberries papayas pineapple
Dried fruit, apricots
Peanuts, chopped
Almonds, sliced and toasted
Coconut, toasted
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil over moderate heat.

2. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl and pour in the hot cream.

3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.

4. Divide the chocolate evenly between four ramekins or pudding bowls.

5. Set each ramekin on a plate and arrange assorted fruits around them.

*This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger parties.
