Ingredients:

1 sm onion minced
1 x green bell pepper minced
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 x garlic clove minced
3/4 cup milk
2 slc bread
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1 x egg
2 tbl ketchup
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the onion and pepper in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender but not browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 minute and set aside to cool.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, pour the milk over the bread and let soak for 5 minutes. Squeeze the excess milk from the bread and combine with the remaining ingredients, adding the onion mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and shape into mini loaves. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done.

This recipe yields 6 individual loaves.
