Instructions: Saute chicken in 2 Tablespoons of the olive oil until chicken turns white and is cooked through. Set Aside. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute garlic, ginger and onion until soft. Add green beans. Stir until green beans turn bright green. Add lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, salt, and 1/4 cup of the water. Slowly add remaining water, if necessary, but sauce should not be watery. Add chicken peices and stir until completely covered with sauce.
