Instructions: Shell and clean the prawns. Heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, curry powder, coconut milk, noodles, bay leaf, coriander and caraway. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
