1 x boneless turkey breast half (2 - 3 lbs) or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup soy or teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sweet basil
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine everything except chicken in blender or processor until smooth but reserve 1/2 C. Pour remaining sauce over turkey ( I put in baggie so I can shake it) & marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill (use drip pan filled w/ 2 inches of water if you want, I dont) covered over low heat (depending on grill) or bake in broiler pan uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until 170 degrees F internal temperature. Baste occasionally and serve w/ reserved sauce

NOTES : This is my favorite peanut sauce recipe although I adjust it to my tastes. I never adjust it the same.
