Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool the dressing. Salad: Place the cabbage in a bowl, cover with boiling water and stand for 1 minute. Drain thoroughly. Repeat with the bean sprouts allowing them to stand for only 10 seconds. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the beans and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove and rinse the beans under cold water. Drain thoroughly. Repeat with the cauliflower and spinach. Chop the spinach. Place the vegetables in piles on a serving dish. Spoon the dressing over the vegetables and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
