Instructions: Mix meat with salt and pepper. Divide into 5 equal portions. Spread each portion of the meat out on a board or the palm of your hand to make a large "pancake."

Place 1/5 of the Boursin in the center of the hamburger meat. Fold the hamburger over and seal the edges well so that the Boursin is completely enclosed in the meat. Gently re-form the hamburger.

Grill until cooked through, being sure to turn the hamburgers gently as not to "puncture" the meat and release the trapped Boursin.
