Instructions: Combine pudding mix, cake mix, chocolate chips, milk and eggs in a very large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in nuts. Bake in a completely greased bundt pan at 350 deg for 50 - 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool for 30 minutes in the pan; remove.
