Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spear the meat on to the toothpicks so it forms an accordion type shape. Spoon the sweet and sour sauce over the meat. Place the skewered pieces on a baking dish and bake for ten minutes. Very tasty and tender. May be served hot or cold.
