Recipe for Irish Cheese and Potato Pie

1 cup	milk
1 cup	cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp	salt
	pepper to taste
1 tbl	flour
3 med	raw potatoes, sliced
2 cup	sliced onion
3 tbl	butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine milk and cheese and heat in heavy pan until cheese melts. Add Worcestershire. In a greased 9" pie pan, place 1/2 of potatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 of onions, dot with butter, and repeat layers, using remaining ingredients. Pour cheese sauce over all, top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
