2 cup flour
2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tbl caraway seed optional
2 tbl honey
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbl butter cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flours, honey, salt and baking soda in food processor, and pulse until well-blended. With the processor on, drop butter through food chute, and process for 10 seconds more.

Combine buttermilk and egg substitute and stir well. With processor on, pour the mixture through the chute and process for 20 seconds or until dough leaves sides of bowl and forms a ball. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead about 10 times.

Pat the dough into an 8-inch round pan coated with Pam. Cut a 1/4-inch deep cross on top of dough.

Bake at 375 for 45 mins or until lightly browned. Let cool completely on rack.

Cut into wedges to serve.

Makes 12 servings.
