Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
100 gm lettuce, mixed
1 x tomatoes
200 gm sardines, tinned
4 x artichoke hearts
4 slc mortadella
12 x olives, black
4 slc ham
4 slc salami
2 x eggs
2 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tbl capers
----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1/2 cup olive oil
2 x anchovy fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Hard boil eggs, ten minutes.

Cut tomatoes into wedges.

Line a large plate with lettuce leaves.

Decoratively arrange ingredients around the plate in colourful groups. Sprinkle with capers and finely chopped parsley.

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

Drizzle over dressing and serve immediately.

Quick, easy and colourful.
