Instructions: Cut beef steaks into 1/8 inch thick pieces. Cook and stir garlic in oil in large skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add beef strips. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and keep warm. Add zucchini to skillet and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return beef to skillet and add dressing and tomatoes. Heat through and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve over hot pasta. makes 4 servings.
