3 cup bread flour
2 tbl white sugar
2 tbl butter or margarine softened
1 cup less 1 tablespoon hot water
Instructions:
Instructions: Add ingredients according to the manufacturers directions. Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.

This recipe yields a 1 pound loaf.
