Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 x Clove garlic, minced
2 cup Tomato sauce
1 tsp Basil
1/2 cup Water
2 tbl Chopped parsley
1 tbl Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Pepper
----------------- CANOLES ----------------
1/2 lb Italian sausage, browned
1 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.

Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.

Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian sauce.
