Ingredients:

1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup julienned carrots
12 oz broccoli florets in 1" pieces
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup thinly-sliced halved yellow squash
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup water
1 tbl beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup minced oil-pack sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup crushed tomatoes in puree
1 tbl finely-chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary ground
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb fresh angel hair pasta cooked
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Saute onions, carrots and broccoli for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, squash and garlic and saute for 2 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and flavors are well-blended.

Serve over cooked pasta with Parmesan sprinkled over the top.
