Instructions: Blend together the garlic powder, Italian seasonings, red wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce with the olive oil in a small bowl. Marinate the chicken of pork in the mixture for 1 hour on each side.
Blend together the egg and milk, and dredge the marinated meat through the mixture. Roll the chicken breasts on all sides in the Italian bread crumbs, or coat the pork chops with the bread crumbs on one side.
