Instructions: Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and saute in oil for about 2 minutes per side, or until browned. Add the onions, peppers and garlic, and saute for another 4 minutes. Add the garbanzos and tomatoes, cover reduce heat to medium, and cook until heated all the way through, about 10 minutes.
