2 cup	Chopped tomatoes
2 tbl	Minced garlic
1/4 cup	Olive oil
1 tbl	Thyme or oregano
1 lb	Haddock, sole or cod
	Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup	Yellow cornmeal mixed with

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil & thyme in bottom of baking dish. Dip fish in cornmeal & place in dish. Bake at 450 for 20-26 minutes. Top with cheese.
