SALAD ----------------
2 cup torn romaine lettuce
1 cup torn escarole
1 cup torn radicchio
1 cup torn red-leaf lettuce
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/2 x red pepper sliced into rings
1/2 x green pepper sliced into rings
12 x cherry tomatoes
----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
(or substitute olive oil, if necessary)
2 tbl minced basil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbl lemon juice
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl, making sure leaves are dry.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Serving size: 1 cup.

Comments: Grapeseed oil is the secret to this salad. If you cannot find it, use olive oil.
