Instructions: Romana sauce: Heat oil in pan at medium high heat. Add onions and red pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in wine, rosemary, parsley and salt.
In a bowl, whisk together starch and broth. Add mixture to sauce and stir. Bring to a boil and set aside. For Pasta: Heat a saute pan over medium heat. Add green beans and tomato and cook 1 minute. Add Romana sauce and drained penne pasta. Add Romano and Parmesan cheeses. Stir well. Email this Recipe:
