ROMANA SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 cup yellow onion in 1/4" pieces
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbl minced garlic
2 cup white wine
2 x taespoons chopped rosemary
1 tbl chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbl cornstarch
2 cup chicken broth
----------------- PASTA ----------------
2 cup green beans blanched
1 cup diced tomato
4 cup Romana sauce (see above)
4 cup penne pasta cooked
3 tbl grated Romana cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Romana sauce: Heat oil in pan at medium high heat. Add onions and red pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in wine, rosemary, parsley and salt.

In a bowl, whisk together starch and broth. Add mixture to sauce and stir. Bring to a boil and set aside.

For Pasta: Heat a saute pan over medium heat. Add green beans and tomato and cook 1 minute. Add Romana sauce and drained penne pasta. Add Romano and Parmesan cheeses. Stir well.
