Instructions: Mix the creamy Italian salad dressing and the grated Parmesan cheese together
In a large bowl. Add the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pepperoni, and ripe olives; toss to blend. Prepare the oven for broiling. Place the buns, cut sides up, on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil the tops of the buns about 6 inches from the heat for about 5 minutes, or until toasted golden. Spoon the pepperoni mixture onto the toasted buns. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
