4 x pork tenderloins
8 tbl extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbl minced fresh garlic
4 tbl chopped fresh rosemary chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides. Brush with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and parsley. Let marinate approximately two hours.

Cook on a hot grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Heat demi-glace and pour over pork. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with "Olive Gardens Oven-Roasted Potatoes" (see recipe).

This recipe yields 4 servings.
