3 tbl reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
2 tbl sliced green onions with some dark stalk
1 tbl chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp fennel seed crushed
1 dsh pepper
2 med smooth-skinned white potatoes sliced 1/4-inch thick
Instructions:
Instructions: In 2-quart casserole (microwaveproof), combine all ingredients, except potatoes and parmesan. Stir. Add potatoes. Mix well. Cover. Microwave at high for 9 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring twice. Let stand covered for 4 minutes .Stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
