Instructions: In large skillet fry sausage in oil; remove sausage. Fry seasonings until tender. Mix cornstarch in water (cool). Add to skillet of seasonings. Cook 3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Add sausage and stir. You will have sausage with a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on French bread.
