1 can artichoke hearts - (14 oz) drained, quartered
1 can tuna in water - (9 1/4 oz) drained, flaked
1/2 lb green beans cooked, drained
1 cup sliced plum tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: Place greens on serving platter. Arrange artichokes, tuna, beans, and tomatoes over greens. Top with dressing.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
