1/2 cup Safflower oil
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbl Italian seasoning
1 tbl Parmesan cheese
1 dsh Garlic powder
1 cup Broccoli tops
1 cup Sliced zucchini
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar. Process until smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling. Set off heat, and allow to cool. Mix vegetables and cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
