Ingredients:

2 med zucchini, sliced
2 med yellow squash, sliced
10 med mushrooms, quartered
1 tbl margarine, diced
1 tbl fresh basil leaves, snipped
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
reynolds cut rite wax paper
2 med tomatoes, cut in 8 wedges
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. PLACE zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, margarine, basil and pepper in a shallow 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.

2. COVER with a sheet of Reynolds Cut Rite Wax Paper.

3. MICROWAVE on HIGH until squash is tender-crisp, 8 to 10 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking time.

4. ADD tomato wedges and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
