Instructions: Use a food processor to cut zucchini into thin 1/8 inch lengthwise strips. Combine garlic with olive oil in a small bowl, then add mixture to a large, non stick skillet woth the zucchini. Season with the herbs and paprika, and saute over medium-high heat, turning with tongs until zucchini is bright green and al dente. Remove from skillet and season to taste with pepper.
