Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat potatoes in large saucepan over medium heat. Drain and mash.

Add sugar, bourbon, butter and vanilla; beat until blended and smooth.

Transfer to an ungreased 9-by-9-inch metal baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; top with marshmallows and nuts. Place under broiler until golden brown, about 1 minute or less.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
