Instructions: Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar and cook to medium paste. Add cinnamon and stir well. Add Creme de Banana and stir to make syrup. Add banana and cook on both sides until tender. Heat one side of pan over the hottest part of fire. Add rum, which will ignite into a high-rising flame. When the flame settles, stir bananas into smaller flames. After flames go out, spoon bananas and sauce over ice cream. Serve immediately.
