1/2 cup reduced fat Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup reduced fat margarine melted
3 tbl granulated sugar

3 oz orange gelatin powder
1 cup water boiling
2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream slightly softened
6 pkt candy corn
Instructions:
Instructions: To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. To prepare filling, combine orange gelatin powder and boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add ice cream to gelatin. Stir until ice cream is melted and mixture is smooth. Place in refrigerator and chill until slightly thick, about 10 minutes. Remove

pie crust. Chill two hours, or until firm.

NOTES : To serve, take pie from refrigerator and make Jack-O-Lantern face on pie with candy corn and licorice.

This calls for reduced fat Oreos since they dont sell boxes of the pre-ground, reduced fat Oreos. You will have to buy a package of the cookies and grind them yourself in a food processor. You can store them in the refrigerator until needed in a recipe. I use them for any recipes calling for a chocolate crust. They work great!
