Instructions: Dissolve the gelatin with the hot water. After fully dissolved, stir in the cold water. Add the vinegar and that salt. Chill until slightly thickened. Remove from fridge and whip until fluffy. Mix in the cottage cheese, mayonnaise and the pineapple. Chill until set.
