Instructions: Grind the coconut with the water in a blender.
Squeeze out the thick milk. Discard the residue. Stir in the grated jaggery and mix well. Strain. Add the cardamom powder and mix. Serve well chilled. This is an unusual drink that can be served in tiny amounts to finish off a meal. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
