1 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup brown sugar - (packed)
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup freshly-cracked black pepper
2 tbl cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and store in a cool, dark place, this rub will keep for about 6 weeks.

Good with beef or pork ribs, steak and poultry.

This recipe yields about 2 3/8 cups.

Yield: 2 1/3 cups
