1/4 lb	Cheddar cheese, shredded (up to 1/2 cup)
1 can	Jalapeno chiles, (4 ounce) drained and chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute onions in butter; add other ingredients and stir over low heat. Serve warm with corn chips or tostadas.
