2 tsp Active dry yeast
1/2 cup King Arthur white wheat flour
1/2 cup King Arthur special (bread) flour
2 tbl Sugar
2 tbl Butter
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 cup Milk
1 cup Monterey jack, shredded
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, cored, seeded & chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the first 8 ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".

Press "Start". Add the remaining ingredients towards the end of final kneading, when the "beeps" sound.
