17 oz	Corn, Canned
17 oz	Creamed Corn, Canned
1/2 cup	Corn Meal
2 x	Eggs
6 tbl	Wesson Oil
1 tsp	Garlic Salt
2 x	Jalapenos, Chopped
1/2 x	Onion, Chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole.

2. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F.

3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
