2 x Baking chickens or 4 cornish game hens
1 jar , (10-oz) jalapeno pepper jelly
1 jar , (8-oz) orange marmalade
1 tbl Minced garlic
1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tbl Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all except cilantro. (use to garnish hens) Marinate 4 to 6 hrs. Put on grill. Baste often serve on large platter garnish w/ cilantro!
