12 x	jalapeno peppers, diced
3 lrg	green bell peppers, diced
1 can	whole peeled tomatoes (15 oz.), chop w/ liquid
2 med	onions, diced
2 x	cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp	ground cumin
1/2 tsp	ground ginger

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Yield: Approx. 3 cups
