Instructions: Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and save the juice.
Brown the ground pork and drain well. Make sauce of the butter, flour, evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup of the reserved juice from the cooked spinach. Add onion, seasonings, browned ground pork, cooked spinach and about half of the jar of picante con queso into sauce mixture. Mix well and pour into greased casserole. Top with pork stuffing mix and spinach juice until quite moist. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 Email this Recipe:
