Ingredients:

2 lb boneless veal stew meat or lamb
Flour
2 tbl salad oil
1 lrg onion minced
2 x cloves garlic crushed or minced
fine
1 tbl good fresh hot curry powder or more to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 cup chicken broth
1 tbl grated green gingerroot
2 tbl lime juice
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cube veal or lamb and dust in flour. Brown in oil. As it cooks, add each of the other ingredients in order. Slowly saute until meat is tender. Serve over rice or noodles. Very nice with a green salad and fresh bread and butter.
